User Experience

We involve both the organisation and future users in the clarification and design process. And we mainly make use of role-based focus groups in order to clarify needs before we begin working on technical functionality.
We prepare a prototype of the relevant system before we begin so everybody can see and test the optimum flow before we embark on development.
However, users cannot be aware of all problems. This is why we like to make use of heuristics and best practice when we make significant decisions about design and check if a solution has been designed in the optimum way.

A good interface requires a good design and we have permanent partnerships with the following external designers and design agencies:
• Magic People Voodoo People
• We are MADE
• Rasmus Torp
• Katja Therese Frandsen

Our design principle

Keep It Simple, Stupid (K.I.S.S)

Most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated.
