"My L&R" – A digital hub for the entire construction process

In a close partnership with Lind & Risør, we developed "My L&R," a customer portal built on Umbraco that gathers all interaction and information in one place. The portal serves as a central tool for the customer from the signed contract to the handover of the keys.

The solution gives the customer a complete overview through:

  • Visual timeline: Provides a clear overview of the entire construction process, important milestones, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Central document archive: All relevant documents such as contracts, drawings, and permits are gathered in one secure place.
  • Handling of optional extras: The customer can see, approve, and keep track of all material choices and additional purchases directly in the portal.
  • Unified communication: A message center ensures that all dialogue with the construction manager is documented and easy to find again.
  • Photo gallery: Lind & Risør continuously shares pictures from the construction site so the customer can follow the progress.
